A standout achievement in her career includes leading Majid Al Futtaim Group’s ambitious mission to hire 3000 Emiratis within five years in partnership with NAFIS, successfully onboarding over 2000 UAE nationals and implementing the group’s first comprehensive Emiratisation framework. At Expo 2020 Dubai, she further cemented her legacy by launching transformative initiatives such as Expo Gen, inclusion programs (POD), and a national talent legacy plan that continues to create meaningful opportunities for Emirati professionals.

Fatima’s academic pursuits complement her professional accomplishments. She holds a master’s degree in global HR management from the University of Liverpool and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Strathclyde Business School, with research focusing on national talent engagement and legacy creation in mega projects.
