Fatima Alloghani

Born 2 Localize Founder

Fatima Alloghani is a prominent leader in the Emiratisation strategy, boasting over 20 years of experience across sectors such as Energy, Aviation, and Banking. She has held significant roles at organizations including Schlumberger, Etihad Airways, and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she has played a crucial role in integrating UAE nationals into the private sector.

At the forefront of Emiratisation, Fatima has significantly advanced the UAE Government's efforts through her work. Her focus is on creating job opportunities and seamlessly integrating UAE nationals into the private sector. At Majid Al Futtaim Group, she spearheaded initiatives across seven diverse operating companies, driving towards a group target of hiring 3000 Emiratis within five years in partnership with NAFIS. During her tenure, she witnessed the successful entry of over 2000 Emiratis and introduced the first group-wide comprehensive Emiratisation strategy. 

Fatima's impact extends beyond the corporate realm. At Expo 2020 Dubai, she played a pivotal role in establishing and executing Emiratisation programs, including internships, secondments, Expo Gen, inclusion initiatives (POD), knowledge transfer, and a post-event national talent legacy. 

Fatima holds a master's degree in Global HR Management from the University of Liverpool and is pursuing a doctorate at the University of Strathclyde. She has received recognition for her contributions, including the "Making an Impact on Nationalization" award in 2019.
